Anumrita Dwarka-Gungabissoon was called to the Bar in 2005 but chose to practise within solicitors’ firms, before cross-qualifying in 2011 and obtaining higher rights (civil and criminal) in 2013. She undertakes a wide range of commercial litigation matters and frequently appears in court as an advocate. She has particular expertise – within her general practice – in banking and finance, international trade and carriage of goods and dry shipping, representing many clients from France, India and Mauritius.
